I'm Cosmic Kou. Trauma expert. Shaman. Coach. I studied what breaks us — then lived it — and found my way back home.
I spent 15+ years coaching leaders across sectors, researching trauma at the doctoral level, and living my own dark night of the soul — medical leave, divorce, burnout — before I found my way to quantum energy healing.
I'm not teaching you something I read about.
I'm walking beside you as someone who's crossed this exact threshold–more than once.

I'll answer your questions and share how the program works.
This is a two-way conversation to see if we're aligned — not an audition.

If it feels aligned for both of us, you'll review and sign your coaching agreement and we'll get your sessions scheduled!

We begin. Four sessions, biweekly over 8 weeks — each one shaped around your intentions and a schedule we both agree on. Sessions begin as early as the week of Sept. 7. I am on Eastern Standard Time in the USA.
